Gold Sponsor Call for Webinar Presentations 2021

Iowa MGMA (IMGMA) is seeking presenters for monthly Webinars.  Webinar topics are determined by membership and past conference surveys.  The IMGMA Professional Development Committee will evaluate each submission for timeliness and preferred topic pertinence.  Iowa MGMA shares webinar planning and presentations with Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska and Wisconsin IMGMA.  Members of all five MGMA state chapters are invited to these webinars.  These webinars are offered free to members. Nonmembers may also attend for a fee of $25.00.


Presentation Information

Zoom Meeting
Typically - 1 hour (2 PM - Central) - 30 minutes presentation with 15-20 minutes for Q&A so as not to exceed 1 hour and to allow for introductions & housekeeping.
Presenter must be available for 30 minutes to do a technology test approximately one week prior to the date of the webinar
Presenter must be available 15 minutes prior to the start of the Webinar (on the day of the webinar) to verify technology is working properly


Business Associate (sponsor) will have the opportunity to introduce the speaker, announce their sponsorship and give a brief overview of the company.  This is not to be a commercial for the company.
Presentation slides may include the sponsor of the presentation, but cannot include marketing information.
Presenters or Business Associates are responsible for speaker fees or travel-related expneses
Once a presentation is selected, the presenter will need to provide the presentation slides for final approval by the committee.
Presentation slides are to be available the Friday prior to the webinar and will be distributed to attendee's immediately following the webinar.
