The 2008 Medical Practice Employee Salary and Benefit Survey is ready
to be completed! This survey is valuable to you and all medical practices
in the state of Iowa, and we need your participation to make this an
effective tool for you.
The Iowa Medical Group Management Association (IMGMA) is conducting
this survey in contractual arrangement with the Iowa Hospital Association.
You will need to download the Excel survey template, complete an electronic
version and e-mail the results. Or print a hard copy of the survey and
complete. For security purposes, please return the completed survey
by e-mail or traceable carrier to the Iowa Hospital Association.Please
note: this is the first year the Excel download is available, we think
it will be a welcomed option for completing the survey.
We realize this is additional effort on your part to either download
or print the survey. This survey is considered a great value to our
members and we appreciate your taking the time to respond. One complimentary
copy of the Medical Practice Employee Salary and Benefit Survey for
2008 will be distributed to participating members at the 2008 Fall Education
Program, September 18-19, thus saving a significant amount in postage
expense. Those not attending will receive the 2008 report via mail.
Please complete the required contact information on the last page of
the survey to ensure your complimentary copy. The report will be sent
to this contact person marked confidential.
The deadline for completing the survey is July 9, 2008. Please keep
a copy of the completed survey for your reference and then e-mail or
mail it by traceable carrier, such as UPS or Fed Ex. In practices with
multiple IMGMA members, only one survey needs to be returned. Please
coordinate which member will be completing and returning the survey.
